Whether feeling out of control, fearing the disease, or struggling to maintain a normal life in combination with breast cancer, it’s all perfectly understandable. However, should you find yourself continuously sad or stressed regarding one or more of these things, it’s time to face your feelings and issues head on.
The impact stress has on your health and ability to recover or maintain wellness is huge. In fact, a 2010 study tells us that ongoing stress leads to growth in cancerous tumors and their progression. Furthermore, if your ability to feel joy and piece is affected, you leave your fourth chakra (your heart chakra) at risk, which can lead to additional life-threatening issues surrounding your heart, lungs, and other vital organs.
What should you do to protect yourself against breast cancer and other serious illnesses?
The best approach is always to use conventional AND holistic methods for healing. This means that you should trust and follow the advice of your physician, but also look to natural means for finding emotional and spiritual health.
