8. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these services or these terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in the State of New York under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.
By booking a session, you agree to the following:
— All disputes will be resolved through binding AAA arbitration in New York
— The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties
— You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration
— You waive your right to a jury trial with respect to any dispute covered by this clause
A formal clickwrap agreement to these terms, including the binding arbitration and class action waiver, is required at the time of booking and must be completed before any session is confirmed.
