There are numerous causes for nasal congestion and you don’t necessarily need to be sick to experience it. People can simply experience nasal congestion through varying temperatures, dust in the air, allergies, smoking, spicy food and other air particles. You can easily get a clogged nose from looking for something in your storage. It gets pretty bad really fast.

Nasal congestion and nasal pressure are huge inconveniences but with the proper knowledge, you can get relief even without the use of medication. A lot of cold medications only mask symptoms and have some negative side effects. Going natural may be the best thing to do for your sinuses.

Clear Your Sinuses – Fast and Naturally!

All you have to do is sit down in a comfortable position and let your hands do the work.

Step 1: Sit with your head and body at a 45-degree angle. Turn your head sideways and apply gentle pressure by massaging your sternocleidomastoid downward 5 times. This muscle is found right beneath your ear and it runs down to your collarbone. Repeat this step for the other side of your neck to help it relax.

Step 2: With your index fingers, massage the hard bony part of the upper sides of your nose and continue down to the soft part of your nose. Massage this area in a circular motion for 20 seconds with significant pressure. Next, rub the muscles alongside your nose that run down to your cheekbones. By doing this, your facial muscles will relax.

Step 3: Again, use your index fingers and run them along the inside orbit above your eyes. Once you feel a depression right above your eye called the supraorbital notch, massage it in a circular motion with significant pressure for 20 seconds. After this, massage your forehead starting in the center going toward your temples.

Super easy right? Those are 3 simple steps that you can play around with in order to blow your nose easily! If you have to, repeat the process and adjust the pressure to your liking. Once you’re in the groove, it will bring you tremendous relief.

Follow these simple steps and make your sinuses happy, naturally!
